I was extremely grateful that they took care of this. I notified the concierge via text (they assign you a personal concierge to communicate with) and within 30 min they switched me to a room that matched my expectation. When I got there, our room had a parking lot view and I was upset because the room was $450 for one night and that's a lot to pay for a view of the parking lot. My expectation was that I would have mountain view, based on the photos from booking online. I booked a corner suite for my husband's 40th birthday, since we had tickets to the Wine & Chocolate Festival that weekend, which was held at the casino.
